Police have released video of a man who was hit by a car Sunday morning on the west side.
The man is seen being pushed out of the passenger side of a white police car and later being handcuffed by police.
The video shows the driver walking away from the scene and appearing to have no visible injuries.
The video was taken at around 2:20 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Chicago Avenue, near South Linn Street and West Adams Avenue.
Chicago police released the video to the Chicago Sun-Times after a city council committee called on them to release the video.
The Chicago Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
